A charity shop in East London selling clothes, homeware, books and music.
Accessibility
We are a single-level shop with no steps at the entrance. We have a sliding door - our foot traffic is very regular so there will be someone to help open the door either in the shop or at the bus stop outside if the door is closed/difficult to open. We have clear pathways around the shop floor, though at times (especially weekends) the shop can be busy so it takes a bit of time to navigate. We have lots of friendly volunteers who are keen to help.
Toilets
No toilets on site for customers - the staff toilets can be be used in an emergency, but the upstairs one is very small and not easily accessed - the downstairs ladies toilet is larger but is also not easy.
