Overview
There is a big step at the entrance. There is no ramp available. I was unable to enter. Zero stars. Disgraceful.
Transport & Parking
Tottenham Court Road station is step-free and only a few blocks away, Green Park Station is step free and about half a mile away. Several bus routes will drop you near Cambridge Circus, which is just round the corner.
Access
There is a big step at the entrance. There is no ramp available. I was unable to enter. Zero stars. Disgraceful.
Toilets
I was unable to get inside so I didn't get to find out about the toilets.
Staff
The staff were not apologetic or friendly and don't seem to care about their legal obligation to give access to disabled people.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
I am shocked that yet another branch of this café chain is totally inaccessible to wheelchair users.
