Overview

Eye-catching painted ship as part of the Edinburgh Art Festival. You can't actually get on the ship, it's only designed to be looked at - but it's worth it for a great picture!

Transport & Parking

A fairly short walk from Ocean Terminal in Leith where there is a massive indoor car park and lots of Lothian buses to and from the city centre. There is quite a bit of on street parking within view of the dazzle ship too, so you can park up and take a look.

Access

I viewed the ship from Ocean Drive where there was a smooth pedestrian path I could take a photo from. The vantage is good as there are no obstructions, but it would be better if there was a pedestrian walkway on both sides of the road to get a bit closer. There is a designated viewing point with an interpretation plaque but I couldn't find it and was only passing by to have a look and take a picture!

Toilets

Not really applicable, but there are toilets in the Ocean Terminal.
