Although the front is level access, you need to go in the rear entrance because there are stairs to get everywhere from the front and the lift and accessible toilet are in the back. The staff have a temporary ramp that they put out when you ring the doorbell. The lift is tiny and a manual wheelchair could just about fit in but on my power wheelchair I need to take the footplates of in order to fit in.

Toilets

The accessible toilet is large and spacious and has the regular grab rails. It is also a higher seat than on regular toilets.

Staff

The staff are very helpful and will accompany you in the lift if needed.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

Relationship counselling has been really useful to cope with the change dynamic in my relationship now that my partner is also my carer. However, please be sure that you can fit in the lift!
