Workshop: Make a Token

Free drop-in sessions start at 10:30, 12:00, 14:00 and 15:30. Suitable for all ages.

In this artist-led workshop, experience the miniature size and tactile nature of the Foundling Hospital tokens by making your own token out of clay. Inspired by the objects left by mothers at the Foundling Hospital, learn to model your own token for a loved one.

BSL tours of the Museum Collection

Taking place 11:00, 13:00 and 15:00.

BSL guide Alan Murray will lead groups through the Museum, bringing to life the history of the Foundling Hospital and the daily lives of foundlings. Booking is essential. To secure a place please email enquiries@foundlingmuseum.org.uk

Taking place 11.00, 12.00, 13.00 and 14:00-14:45.

Camden Tour Guides deliver fully-accessible and friendly walking tours in the heart of Bloomsbury, exploring the Foundling Hospital’s history in the local area. Discover hidden treasures and the stories of the many diverse people who are associated with Bloomsbury including writer Virginia Woolf and beloved fictional character Peter Pan.
