Aimed at those aged 16+ with a neurological or physical diversity who have experience of contemporary dance or have taken our creative contemporary S.E.N.D class. Places are limited and we can only accept new members when a space becomes available. There are all the same benefits as the S.E.N.D classes and it’s a confidence builder, helps with self-esteem, with expressing yourself through dance. You’ll cover exercises, travelling work, improvisation, learn set choreography and create your own.

These are the online sessions replacing delivery in the studio. All sessions will be led over Zoom, so please ensure you have downloaded the app to your smartphone or have access to the webpage.

Your log-in details and password will be emailed to you an hour before the session is due to begin, so please ensure the email address you provide during booking is correct.
