Accessible and agreeable, but no accessible toilet

Overview
An agreeable and pleasantly old-fashioned pub, accessible at the entrance and within the bars, but wheelchair users will have to hold their bladders - there's no accessible toilet.
Transport & Parking
This pub is in a small side-street off the King's Road in Chelsea, with no step-free stations anywhere nearby, but plenty of bus routes going up and down the King's Road, all of them theoretically wheelchair-accessible.
Access
The entrance has double doors, one of which is always bolted. A single door is too narrow for most wheelchairs and you will probably need help to get the second door open. There is a very tiny low step at the doorway, nothing that should bother a wheelchair. Access around the bar is easy and there are plenty of wheelchair-friendly tables to sit at.
Toilets
There is no accessible toilet. The message to wheelchair users seems to be: "Eat! Drink! Be merry! But you'll have to hold your bladders!". There is no excuse for the lack of an accessible toilet so this is rather disgraceful.
Staff
The one barman we dealt with was lovely, keen to be helpful in every way. Full marks to him. Zero marks, however, to the management and owners of the pub who have not created an accessible toilet.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
If you're approaching the pub from the King's Road, be careful of the narrow pavements in Tryon Street, and - on the left-hand side - the outrageously rampant ivy, which overhangs the entire pavement and makes things extremely awkward for a wheelchair user. This is not the pub's fault, it is the fault of some thoughtless resident in the street. - Fingers crossed that Crossrail 2 will involve a station in King's Road, which would be nearby and fully accessible, but at the time of writing a firm decision about creating this station hasn't been made yet.
