Overview

The staff were very helpful. Couldn't do enough for me, as they have an accessible tent I was the first wheelchair user to use it and they couldn't have been more helpful. Anyone that has been to Africa will realise that the Africans are incredibly hands on and were willing to do anything for me

Transport & Parking

They arranged all the transport, we had a driver going there and flew coming back to Nairobi

Access

They didn't need signage as the staff were always on hand to assist

Toilets

The one downfall was that the loo was too small for me to use with my Rotastand so we needed to have a commode in the bedroom

Staff

Our butler was amazing! She couldn't do enough for me, the other staff were also incredible in the way they treated me

The game rangers were very knowledgeable about the bush, animals and birds. I would recommend them highly
