Transport & Parking

A friend drove to theatre and dropped my mum off outside the theatre door

Access

There was a lift up to the main doors but didn't use it as mum managed steps by using the rail. Theatre staff found a chair for mum to sit on before main theatre open ended. Lift up to our seats which were close by

Toilets

Were shown disabled loo on arrival. Given key to open it by cloakroom staff. Was spacious and clean and on same level as bar. No steps

Staff

Theatre staff very attentive. Offered help without me needing to ask. Bars staff got chair for mum as standing and waiting difficult for her. Michael introduced himself to us and we felt well looked after. Friendly, chatty and good sense of humour, even bought our drinks to us seats during the interval!

Anything else you wish to tell us?

Had booked seats with theatre in advance so we're given best ones for minimal walking for mum. Also gave us reduced price as I was mum's career. Only problem was finding phone number to call -eventually got it from ticket agent
