Having experienced zoo visits before hopes weren't high. Arriving, browsing and meeting folk it soon became apparent this was going to be something different.

Discrimation
Poor staff attuide, towards my little boy in a wheel chair , and the family, then when putting a complaints in on a show with the sealions it got brushed off . said this rule apply to everyone. ev...
