Transport & Parking

No specific parking bays by the West Lake Chalets for disabled drivers and passengers, which is disappointing. Wider bays are essential!

Access

Almost everywhere is accessible which is fantastic. There are also lots of the traditional fairground rides but of course these are only accessible if your legs work! It would be amazing if they had even something small like a few wheelchair swings. But you can watch the family have fun easily, it'd just be nice to have some fun too. However, if you go to the fort there is a huge ramp, which when no one is looking, can be a fun bit of mischief! That's about it though, you're a spectator for everything else.

Toilets

Clean, easy to use and plenty of them dotted about the site.

Staff

Professional, knowledgeable, and some are very easy on the eye too!
