Overview

When we first found the shop we assumed we couldn't get in as there were a couple of steps on a corner entrance but when my mother went in to look around and was offered a piece of chocolate and asked could she take one outside, the young lady Jenna was so helpful in pulling out a fold up lightweight ramp and allowed me to access the shop, staff extremely helpful,hot chocolate to die for and the smell of chocolate was as lush as the cakes on display.

N/A as shop over 3-4 floors and chocolate shop crammed with baskets

Staff

Jenna couldn't have been more helpful or chatty and made us feel really special and welcome and was so apologetic that we couldn't sit down to have coffee and cake as there was a consultation taking place at the time.
