Disabled traveller visits a well kept and pleasant 5* farm shop
This is a Very nice clean and well presented organic farm shop in the Cotswolds, owned by Carole Bamford who has devoted her life to encourage the growing of organic food on the families farm in Gloucester, which encouraged her to open a farm shop in 2002 on the Daylesford House estate. She is regarded as a champion of organic farming, craftsmanship and holistic living.
Here, you will find home and garden shops, a delightful cafe and restaurant, a wellness spa, and a very popular cooking school. Much of the food sold in its shop and cafes are from their own on-site farm, and from this humble beginning it has grown into a lifestyle brand, with its own homeware, cosmetics, top quality goods, shown in its prices.
This is well worth a visit, and disabled can cope quite well as most of the shop is on the level, with just a few areas you cannot cope with.
The food in cafes and restaurant is of high quality, expensive but well worth that little extra to taste genuine good wholesome food.
When visiting the Cotswolds, try to make a visit here part of your day, we recommend it to you.
Our photos will show you what to expect in this well kept, clean and comfortable farm shop.
Quality is of a high standard as photos show.

Disabled traveller enjoys coffee break in a delightful restaurant
The food looks lovely, with a good choice, even for a coffee break, and we certainly enjoyed our coffee break here.
The parking is easy enough and all on the level to reach the delightful cafe areas.
It is lovely and clean throughout, seating is easy enough with spaces for wheelchairs.
We recommend a visit when in the Cotswolds.
