Overview

Found this place by accident and glad we did. Much smaller than most Dobbies, but nice, easy to get round with a chair and very helpful staff.

Transport & Parking

Limited parking area so only 2 spaces for blue badges but they are right next to the door.

Access

Good surface in car park and throughout garden centre (inside and out), only downside is that it's slightly uphill to get from the car park into the store so you have to give the chair a good hard shove to get in!

Toilets

There is an accessible loo and it's easy to get to.

Staff

Excellent. All of the staff very helpful and friendly: from servers in the restaurant carrying our food to the table for us and asking if there was anything else they could get us (without us asking for help); to the lady on the till who noticed that I took Mum out then came back with a trolley to get the big things that we couldn't manage with the wheelchair who said "next time you come and you want anything big, just tell us and we'll get it and bring it to the till for you. When you're ready to leave, just let us know and we'll load the car for you too."

Very pleasantly surprised and will be going back. The restaurant is very wheelchair friendly with plenty of space and flat access.
