Overview
Zero stars. I was unable to get inside.
Transport & Parking
The nearest tube station is Sloane Square, which is not step-free, but does have escalators from the westbound (but NOT the eastbound) platform to street level, so if you can get out of your wheelchair and take it up an escalator, this station may be an option. Loads of buses go along the King's Road. I wouldn't attempt to park nearby.
Access
Zero stars. The doorbell was broken and unusable, so I waited a long time outside, until a random customer alerted staff to my presence. They claim to have a wheelchair ramp but it was "broken". I was unable to get into the shop.
Toilets
Staff
I was really disgusted with the staff attitude. (1) They do not maintain the doorbell in good working order (2) If they do have a wheelchair ramp, they do not keep it in good working order. (3) They do not seem to regard any of this as important - their attitude was distant and unengaged. Appalling.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
I do not recommend this branch of EAT to wheelchair users.
