There are double doors at entrance to cinema and disabled access is well signposted and disabled toilets are visable. No steps accessing cinema and studios. Some items at counter may be hard to view, however staff very helpful. Seats are available beside popcorn and drinks counter to have a rest if needed.

Toilets

Disabled toilet and very easy to find as is located beside male and female toilets. Plenty of space to manoeuvre and for an extra person if needed. Grab rails included, along with an alarm cord.

Staff

Staff are very accommodating as they are eager to meet all customers needs. They assist if necessary to navigate customers to queue for popcorn and drinks to help speed up the process.

Would recommend it to others as staff and the building itself are very accommodating. Items could be more visable to those in a wheelchair, however staff are always nearby to assist.
