FoodCycle Islington welcomes anyone to attend as a guest and enjoy a FREE hot meal. No need to book. Just turn up on the day! Come and enjoy company and conversation with others from your local area over a delicious meal, prepared with care by FoodCycle volunteers. We are FoodCycle, and our vision is to make food poverty, loneliness and food waste a thing of the past for every community. With community dining, week in, week out we feed the hungry and give company to the lonely in our communities; providing delicious meals and great conversation, and using food which would otherwise go to waste. FoodCycle Islington is on the corner of Arran Walk and Ashby Grove. It is held inside the New River Baptist Church and the building has 'The Bridge' written above the door. There is flat access to the venue, the community dining room is all on one level.
