Overview

Grangemouth Sports Complex houses two swimming pools the main pool has 6 lanes and is 25m. It accommodates recreational and competitive swimming, Aquafit and Zumba classes, as well as Life-Saving and Learn To Swim programmes.The Teaching Pool is adjacent to the main pool and provides a warm safe environment for children, toddlers, babies and parents. The pools weren't busy and had some inflatable toys. There are two flumes, The Blue (Cruiser) is a medium paced slide with a choice of music and touch pads enjoyed by me and my brother. Whereas the Red (Bruiser) is faster and has scary sound effects.There is a chair hoist for the disabled to get into the pool. The cafe has great food, a ramp for the disabled with a power assisted door , an average wait time and plenty of seats.

Transport & Parking

There is a bus stop very close to the Complex's entrance. Ramps instead of stairs, power assisted doors, a chair hoist and the disabled parking is right next to the pavement by the main entrance.

Access

The signs were in large print, power assisted doors, Ramps instead of stairs ,Chair hoist , Disabled changing areas , toilets and showers.

Toilets

Not the easiest to find but room to move. Sink with large mirror and hand dryers.

Staff

They make sure you get the best deals , Some staff members are not the easiest to talk to as they are moved around each facility and arent 100% sure on everything.
