Overview
Staff friendly, especially front of house including breakfast staff helpful but housekeeping needed improving. Room not serviced until requested at 4pm then not completed until 6pm. Hotel is not completely accessible - the bar and access to the swimming pool wasn't obvious with steps in the changing room. Tricky to access rooms because of cleaning carts/trolleys in corridors. Lack of free wifi in rooms not good. Wouldn't return.

The hotels was advertised as being accessible which worked unless you wished to access the bar and the swimming pool!
