Accessible toilet on 5th floor. Only enter store from step free Hope St entrance as not possible to reach lift step free from Princes St. On ground floor, lift is to the left of the Hope St entrance. On 5th floor from lift go straight ahead then right at Cafe (is signposted).

No red alarm cord. Spacious.

Radar key equipped but was unlocked for all when visited. Much of rest of store plagued by small internal staircases.
