Ryde & Southsea Terminal's : Terminal's both have ramp access and on a ground level, where staff are able to assist if required. Drop off zones are directly outside, along with a taxi rank outside the arrival/dept area. Services and assistance are also available for those with sight or/and hearing issues. Both terminals feature speakers and PA systems to help communicate information for those who suffer from sight related issues. Digital screens in the terminals and directional signs have been installed to help those hard of hearing to travel with us as easily as possible. Additionally all our staff are fully trained to assist passengers with reduced mobility. Hovercraft : On-board both our 78 seater hovercraft we offer audio and visual communications, and our fully trained staff are on hand to help. Access to the hovercraft is via a ramp or steps (3), with and rails on both. Wide aisles on-board assist with the boarding process, as well as allocated seating for those who have reduced mobility. Safety videos with audio, subtitles and a deaf signer are shown before each crossing.
