OKish access, depends on your disability

Overview
Access if you are in a wheelchair or scooter isn't great, there is a small lip to get into the building (which resulted in me revving up my scooter to get in and crashing into their reception desk!) and no lift to the restaurant downstairs. However they immediately offered us a table in the warm bar upstairs (at ground level) and would serve us from here if we chose to. I was having a good day so parked my scooter by the front door and walked downstairs. There is a disabled toilet upstairs so you could be easily accommodated there. In the actual ice bar itself, it has 2 double automatic doors so would be easy to wheel into, they give you a cape that fits over your head easily (no arm holes) with mittens attached, so this would easily go over a person in a wheelchair. Only downside with the ice bar is the bar isn't at wheelchair head height and its freezing cold so there may be issues with metal on a wheelchair or the motor in a scooter.
Transport & Parking
In the middle of London so no parking Level pavements from bus to bar though
Access
No lift but were quick to make adjustments for me
Toilets
Accessible toilet on ground floor but I didnt use it
Staff
Very accommodating and quick to help out without making a fuss
Anything else you wish to tell us?
I would recommend it to other disabled people, it can be done but you cant access quite everything the able bodied can
