Overview
We stayed in a cottage on this working farm,there are 5 cottages in all with varying degrees of equipment to help with your stay. We were in The Swallows which slept 4,there was an electric bed and a rise and recline chair also and a wet room that met you needs with a shower chair if needed.The owners Lindsay and Nic were on hand if needed but not intrusive.A great place to stay if you enjoy The Lake District.
Transport & Parking
I would say a car is essential ,I don’t think it is on a bus route but there is plenty of space for parking.
Access
The access was very good,there is steps to the front but a ramp to the rear of the cottage is excellent.
Toilets
Not applicable really.
Staff
Lindsay and Nic the owners were on hand if needed.
