Wonderful hotel
Absolutely wonderful hotel with amazing staff that bent over backwards to help meet any extra requirements. The hotel room I was in was fantastic and fully accessible, the bathroom spacious with a step free large shower that was excellent for me. The hotel went out of their way to order in gluten-free products for the breakfast and helped me to source a mobility scooter to use whilst there. Unfortunately the pavements within Argassi aren't the most accessible but the people are all fantastic and so willing to help and accommodate for any disabilities or extra requirements. One of the bonuses of the town was the sea being so warm - warmer than my local hydrotherapy pool. This meant I was able to do physio every day either at one of the two hotel pools or in the sea - which was made even better with a snorkel as there are so many brightly coloured fish to see and explore.
The hotel has made all areas wheelchair accessible with ramps and lifts available. Staff were very eager to help and assist whenever it was required and always with a smile. I couldn't have asked for any thing more.
