Disabled Access Day 2017
We're delighted to be taking part in Disabled Access Day 2017.
Kensington Palace will be offering a range of presentations and tours as part of disabled access weekend on 10th – 12th March 2017.
Joining other leading visitor attractions across the UK, Kensington Palace will host special events for both our hearing impaired and visually impaired visitors. BSL presentations, object handling sessions, Deaf and describer tours are on offer at set times throughout the weekend as we invite our guests to discover more about the palace’s fascinating 300 year history.
BSL presentations and object handling sessions are free of charge although they must be booked in advance due to limited capacity. Both BSL and Describer tours are included with an admission ticket and again need to be booked in advance to guarantee a space on them.
BSL presentations and tours are being offered on Friday 10th March; Deaf guide tours on the 11th March and Describer handling sessions and tours on 12th March. For all details please go to http://www.hrp.org.uk/kensington-palace/whats-on/disabled-access-weekend/#gs.WKD8=W0
