Prior to the visit, I had easy communication with Clair by email. She was helpful and accommodated to our need for BSL guide. We were provided with BSL guide Ian who was very knowledgable and answered all our questions with confidence. He was very much into details that the tour went longer than expected. We decided to stop for lunch break and Ian kindly took us to the Diana Fashion exhibition which we enjoyed. Am impressed at how Kensington Palace provided us with a BSL guide upon request.
We used tube to get there and it was about 10 minutes walk from the tube station to Kensington Palace via the park. A pleasant walk.
