Overview
Beautiful historic woodland walk through Whyte’s Estate. Compact gravelled walkway surface Two routes : around the lower Coolnacran ringed fort and the upper one … steeped in history … The woodland trail of approx. 0.90 mile (1.45 km) was extended with the opening of the Boundary Trail approx. 1.25 mile (2 km) in 2008. They can be combined to create an approx. 2.5 miles (4.02 km) circular walk. Not wheel chair accessible throughout due to the woodland but a nice walk for those more abled and certainly a great walk for young people and adults with sensory challenges …

Access
Because of the natural surfaces of the woodland it is not suitable for wheelchair users
Toilets
