Great to see that you don't have to compromise on standards & service just because you need somewhere accessible!

Transport & Parking

Arrived from station which is a only short 5-10 min journey with dropped kerbs all the way. There is parking nearby but we didn't use it so unsure if Blue Badge parking spaces.

Access

Ignore the steps on the corner! Go to the main entrance where there is an automatic door. Head through the next doors to the reception. There is then a platform lift to the main bar and a spacious lift to all the other floors with funky decor! Plenty of space to move around and good sized doors.

Toilets

Good disabled loos convenient for each area.

Staff

Very helpful staff, most obliging... Happy to show us other areas of the hotel / restaurant that we were interested in. And very smiley!

Anything else you wish to tell us?

A comfortable place to visit whether for a meal or a casual drink. We didn't stay over so not sure whether they have accessible hotel rooms.
