Accessible enough - but wheelchair users might want to visit the loo beforehand. New

Overview
I use this hall often as a non-disabled person. It's a 30-year-old building but is mostly accessible. There is an accessible parking space, although the path to the building is made of stones, which may be tricky for wheelchair users to navigate. Doors are manual but not heavy and are slower to close. There are no lips or steps into or around the building. There is a main hall (slightly bigger than a badminton court) a kitchen with a hatch into the main hall (this hatch is around 4 feet off the ground so may be tricky to access for those who are unable to reach up) and a community room. All rooms are close together, as is the accessible toilet, making it straightforward to navigate for most people. There is good colour contrast between the doors and floors/walls and the main hall has paneling to reduce echo. The accessible toilet is small, so not really suitable for many wheelchair/powerchair users - particularly those who need support from another person.
Transport & Parking
There is a disabled parking space but stones surrounding the parking space. Public transport to the village is generally poor and inaccessible.
Access
Everything is on ground floor and located close together. No steps or lips. As it is a small hall, there is no significant signage. Seating is available on request and the hall committee would happily guide people around the building. No induction loop or alternative formats.
Toilets
There is an accessible toilet, which is easy to find and open. There are a decent amount of grab rails and it is clean, tidy and empty. However, it is small and would not have space for a wheelchair/powerchair to manoeuvre or for a carer.
Staff
The hall is operated by a committee of volunteers, who aren't usually in attendance for private bookings. However, they are very communicative and happy to assist where they can. They listen to feedback and fundraise to improve the condition of the hall.
