Overview

Every attention to detail for our visit to this theatre for a Visually Impaired performance. Matthew and his team were excellent. We were sent a DVD prior to the performance, met in Reception and made to feel so welcome. my guide dog was looked after during the performance and the audio description was great. Thankyou to everyone for helping me to enjoy something which I would normally have been excluded from.

Although we didn't need to park, everything was explained in the information

Matthew and his team were extremely helpful. The production team were happy to explain the performance and meet us during the touch tour. Reception staff happy to look after my guide dog. Thankyou so much!

We hope to visit again soon. Really appreciated being able to enjoy something which I would normally have been excluded from. Will definitely recommend the theatre to my friends. Thankyou
