There is a shower step that can be placed in front of the shower door to allow ease of access. There is a bath with grab handles for those who are able to bathe. The toilet has grab handles at the side to allow assistance. Well equipped kitchen with cooker/hob/microwave/fridge/dishwasher/washing machine. Bedroom no 2 has a double bed which again is beautifully decorated. There is on site parking within our grounds. Our estate is 150 acres of prime lincs wolds, views,peace,quiet,get a away.
