Overview

The only positive from the entire day was the smell of the flowers!

Transport & Parking

No parking at the venue, £19.50 to park in a gravel car park two roads away from the main entrance. The exit was even further away from the disabled car park than the entrance.

Access

Main paths were fine, but the paths to see the actual displays were uneven and did not go right to the display edge. Hardly saw anything, only the high up displays.

Toilets

Portaloo, only 1 disabled toilet there.

Staff

Hardly saw any staff, only at the main entrance. All the other staff were employed by the individual stands and vendors.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

Thoroughly let down. I have waited years to go, finally saved up the money to take our mum for her 70th birthday, she too is in a chair and we hardly saw anything. The flowers that we saw were beautiful and they all smelled delightful, but not really wheelchair friendly.
