This station has the best and most helpful staff of all stations on the network.

Disabled Access In and Around

Excellent

Step free everywhere and staff always available. Several accessible lifts.

Parking & Transport

Excellent

All the platforms of this station are accessible and boarding ramps are provided. There is also step free access to the Underground and to neighbouring Kings Cross Station. Masses of bus routes outside the station and a taxi rank on the west side of the station.

Accessible Toilets

Average

The accessible toilets are too few and can be very busy. Maintenance is poor.

Staff

Excellent

Best anywhere and no need to prebook them. Just look for their pale blue uniform tops.
