Stendhal Festival is a multi-award winning, summer music and arts (camping) festival. The festival takes place on a working farm in Limavady, think Glastonbury but smaller and quintessentially Northern Irish , with 9 performance stages, over 100 musical acts and over 120 other artists from various genres and disciplines, across 72 acres. We embrace all things creative and our programme always includes a high quality, wide ranging collection of music from as many genres as possible, comedy, theatre, circus, poetry, art, sculpture, craft, workshops, art gallery and dedicated family programme. Team Stendhal (our community group of 140+ volunteers) put in months of work to lovingly create the festival site which has a magical sensory feel with colour at every corner, dedicated artist residency areas, sculpture gardens, hand painted signage, forest trails, street performance, live art, digital installations and much, much more.
