Getting Here
By train: Edinburgh Waverley. The Palace is a 15-minute walk from the station. By coach: Open-top tour buses stop nearby. By bus: Numbers 35 and 36 stop near the Palace. By road: There is a public car park adjacent to the Palace at Holyrood Park (Broad Pavement) which is managed by Historic Environment Scotland.
Parking
A small number of public parking spaces are available for blue badge holders on a first-come-first-served basis on Horse Wynd. Please note these parking bays are managed by City of Edinburgh Council for visitors to the Holyrood area in general, not just for visitors to the Palace of Holyroodhouse.
