Accessible seating options in stalls and accessible toilet and entrance info
The stalls on the right hand side if you're facing the stage (on the online plan it is the left hand side as you're looking at the seats from the front of the stage!) are accessible and row F has additional leg room and a good view. Seats F7 and F8 are on the end of the row. However they are premium price seats. There is also space at the side of the theatre, near those seats, to put a small mobility scooter, if needed (which was allowed). They also have seat booster cushions if needed. There is an accessible toilet near the back of the stalls at this side. The website doesn't show wheelchair seats or accessible seats so you need to phone or email, but they have an accessibility email and phone number where people can help you ensure you have the right seats booked for your needs. I am not sure if the theatre entrance itself is step-free - we went via the green room restaurant entrance where there is a lift to the stalls level. We had a meal at the Green Room (called Texure at the Green room) first. This is classed as having an accessible entrance and it is virtually level but there is a small wooden ramp just inside the door which is a bit steep and not that smooth, my mobility scooter wouldn't go over it at first, but at a second run, it went over, with a bit of a jolt! Inside the Green room, the bar area is all level. There are a few fairly steep steps up to the restaurant area, but they have a small lift - this is like the opposite of a trap door! It's an area in the floor that raises you up past the steps. Make sure you have your brakes on as there are no sides to it! There is a small lip round the edge though. It worked very well.
