Excellent
Although I didn't use it, there is good disabled parking and a lift within the Fountainpark complex on the same level as the cinema, which takes you right down to the Club.
Excellent
was there to try out the swimming pool. I was on crutches and had to wear shoes by the poolside. It was important for me to have easy access into the water, and I was very impressed by the fact that there were two sets of proper steps, rather than stepladders, to access the water. The steps have a rail to hold onto, all the way into the water and the steps are long and shallow. For wheelchair users, there is a hoist. There is a disabled shower, complete with chair on small wheels, in the ladies' toilets. I actually found it difficult to manipulate, although the wheels did have breaks. I would say that it would be more suitable for wheelchair users than ambulant disabled.
Excellent
Apparently it's on two levels - one on the club level and the other on the next level up.
Excellent
The club is all on one level and there is one disabled toilet opposite the class studios, and one containing a disabled shower in the ladies' changing room.
Excellent
The staff were fantastic and made every effort to help me with my visit. Someone accompanied me into the changing room and then I was supervised, both by a manager and a lifeguard, once I was on the poolside, as the tiles are slippery. They even brought me a seat so I could remove my shoes, and they returned to help when I got out of the water. I returned a week later and received the same excellent level of help.
