I visited the shop for information about the airport bus service. Access was very good and easy.

Disabled Access In and Around

Excellent

Getting in with my powerchair was easy with a push pad style automated door. Plenty of circulation space inside, bright and light. A dropped counter makes speaking to people easier.

Parking & Transport

Good

Limited on street parking. Adjacent to the station and the Airlink bus services.

Staff

Excellent

Staff get full marks. They answered my enquiries with detailed information. On leaving they helped with the door; without being prompted. A good experience.
