Overview
Cute and quirky, excellent food and service, however not accessible at all.
Transport & Parking
Walked from my flat, but it's easily accessible by the 90 and 8 buses. Not close to much else.
Access
No steps inside, but it's cramped, a little dark, and I definitely wouldn't be able to use a chair or my rollator here. The booths have a lip and are hard to get into, and the freestanding chairs have no backs. The drinks menu is up on a board in the back written in tiny handwriting, and they don't have a paper menu for drinks. There is a paper menu for food, but I found it really hard to read in the format and font. My Assistance Dog in Training didn't have much room to lie down and rest, but they were very good about bringing him water and didn't disturb him when he was resting or I was giving commands.
Toilets
Loo at the back, not accessible at all. I could barely get into it walking as there was a high step, and it was so narrow I felt claustophobic.
Staff
Helpful staff, not hugely welcoming but not bad either. Just neutral to good. Service was timely but a little scattered and I had to ask once for my drink. They were good with my Assistance Dog in Training.
