There are three red cords around the large area, one of which has a Euan's Guide red cord card hung on it, and fold-away grab bars either side of the toilet. It has built in Japanese style wash and dry bidet functions built in, and a remote control to operate them hung on the wall. A free standing toilet roll holder is in easy reach to the left of it and it can be moved around as needed. There are sanitary bins in easy reach of the toilet, the sink, and the washing table. There are grab bars on the walls either side of the toilet as well as fold-down grab bars as well, and a hoist above it. A sharps box sits on a shelf by the washing table
