Ullswater ‘Steamers’ is an award winning environmentally accredited Lake District attraction celebrating over 150 years of operating cruises on England’s most beautiful lake.

Toilets

There is a disabled toilet (90 cms door width) in the main area at Pooley Bridge and Glenridding Pier Houses. There are ladies and gents toilets adjoining on the boardwalk at Glenridding. Toilets onboard lower decks apart from Lady Wakefield on upper deck. Hand-washing facilities are located in all toilets

Staff

The staffs are friendly, welcoming, highly trained, and knowledgeable and they go out of their way to ensure that each visitor is well treated according to their individual needs. We operate a no queue policy for autistic visitors.
