Overview

Found this holiday cottage by chance. It’s a superb position with a terrace overlooking the sea. Telescope provided! I loved the fact it has bus stops within 50yds which we used to go to Dawlish ( big hill up and down into town) and also to Teignmouth (which I loved) and beyond. Three bedrooms, one with ensuite not adapted, main bathroom with handrails both sides of loo and wetroom shower. Shower chair provided on request. Second bedroom with two singles and hoist over one. Third bedroom with bunk beds ( although an adult did sleep on bottom one). Lovely conservatory to sit in with sea view, and terrace to sit outside too. Pretty small terrace garden. Front and back door ramped.

Transport & Parking

Parking in front of bungalow. I went by train and my friend picked me up from Dawlish.

Roomy bungalow, access to all rooms, one bedroom with hoist. Owners will leave shower chair and other equipment if necessary. Reclining chair in lounge.

Toilets

Loo had handrails each side, one on wall and one drop down. The drop down one was rusty, but seemed safe enough. Wetroom shower. One cracked tile in shower but ok

Staff

Keysafe to get in. Owner available on phone if needed. We didn’t see anyone, just let ourselves in and out.
