Overview

From check in desk at Bologna the in flight team to Paris were excellent and very attentive. Could not have asked for more or better support, they had a designated support staff member on both flights, very attentive and informative. This was also the case to Edinburgh from Paris, I was given details of the arrival and departure gates, would I need additional assistance to get to the next gate as it was a lengthy walk. I was also offered the opportunity to leave the air craft first with my group.

Each flight gate had a corridor linking the aircraft to the terminal, no access issues.

Hats off to Air France, brilliant on both flights, good preparation and recognition of my needs and any other support and assistance if needed. Thinking ahead.
