Excellent
This is a Hotel that Jet2 Holidays go to, and we have found Jet2 Holidays to be excellent as regards disabled travellers. They have 5 rooms with adapted bathrooms. I e-mailed questions ahead of the visit to the hotel, and they answered every time.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Everywhere is accessible. There are a couple of steep ramps, that would be difficult in a wheelchair unaccompanied. Most of it is flat though.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
We had an adapted transfer minibus, and it was excellent. On time both ways, and helpful drivers.
Accessible Toilets
Good
There are disabled toilets all over the site. I've taken a mark off, because 2 of them had broken locks, and another was too close to general toilets, and all the doors banged into each other. There were 2 others near the swimming pools, which was goof.
Staff
Excellent
Had one incident with the waiter in "My Favourite Restaurant". We ate in here most nights, and had a favourite table, which was convenient to leave my scooter. Every night we didn't have a problem, except 1 night with a waiter we only saw that night. He made us leave it near the door. With the exception of him, the staff were excellent. The buffet restaurant was fully wheelchair accessible.
