Stopped at Annandale Water services (M74) heading to Edinburgh. The toilet is accessed with a Radar key. It was clean inside with hoist and changing bed facilities as well as a disabled toilet with grab bars.

There are a number of disabled bays though it was very busy and we took the last bay on arriving.
