Great car parking in the centre of Birmingham, easy to find with clear signs. Once inside there are 3 floors with plenty of spaces. On floor 3, the level we used as it was the level with straight access to the Hippodrome Theatre, there was a whole wall with a very colourful graffiti style mural which was a nice touch. It had lifts to all floors and clear signs as to what each floor gave access to. It’s one downfall is the lack of disabled parking spaces.

The carpark had plenty of spaces (over 500) but of all those spaces there were only 2 disabled spaces. There were numerous mother and child and several electric car plug in spaces but only 2 disabled which were on the entry level.

Staff
Average
Met one member of staff to ask about disabled spaces but he wasn’t very helpful.
Additional Information
Very disappointing that of the 500+ spaces only 2 were blue badge.
