I have been hiring cars from Arnold Clark Seafield for years - about time I gave them a review! The team are always so welcoming.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
There are automatic glass sliding doors. Helpful if you are on wheels or are dragging luggage. Once inside the floor is laminate and plenty of space to wait. Countertops are nice and low so if in a wheelchair you can wheel right up and be face to face with a customer service person. There are tables and chairs to wait at if you are early, and complimentary coffee and tea, which is most welcome!

I travelled to this place by bus
I caught the number 1 bus to get there and the bus stop is literally next to the venue. There is no space there to park a car if you plan to leave your personal vehicle to pick up a hire car.
Accessible Toilets
Average
There is one toilet for visitors to use and it is great to see it is accessible. Door opens outwards. It was clean, grab rails, dryer, sink, mirror, loo paper at good height... but - the red cord is cut off and really high. Unreachable from the ground if you have a fall. Hopefully the team will fix this. I've given the toilet an average for this reason. There is a bin in transfer space but it is set back quite a bit, so I dont think it should get in the way, but I will check with my wheelchair using pals.

Been going here for years and the staff are always so lovely. Really nice people to have a wee chat with and always helpful.
