Transport & Parking

Parking within the grounds and on Clauchlands Road. Accessible minibus to accommodate wheelchair users. Guests can be collected from the ferry. Transport provided to and from activities.

Access

Level access through main entrance at the rear. All bedrooms en suite. Changing area and toilet with celing hoist. Profiling bed and double bunk in 'accessible' bedroom. Used for schools throughout the academic year but available to families in the school holidays.

Toilets

Not used on this visit but viewed. Ceiling hoist available.

Staff

Very friendly, extremely helpful. Obviously proud of this fabulous facility. Disability awareness training appears to have been delivered - appropriate terminology in use.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

I only viewed the place but was so impressed that I have booked a holiday next July for a family group that includes a wheelchair user.
