Average
Good little chain, ground floor restaurent with ok access. Bit of more space would be appreciated particularly for larger powerchairs
Disabled Access In and Around
Average
Access generally good large wide doors but can get very tight when crowded
Parking & Transport
Average
Good ground floor council run car park on ground floor near/next to restaurent- however not accessible to large vans.
Accessible Toilets
Poor
Toilets in themselves are good, with right transfer, decent size. However if at other end of restaurent difficult to get to through all the tables. Tip- if toilet is essential ask for a table close to.
Staff
Good
Manageress ( from another restaurant apparently) was exceptional very friendly and excellent customer service skills, even though food was delayed
Additional Information
Previous experience has shown food can be a bit slow. So be prepared to take your time and enjoy.
