I am a carer or friend of a disabled person. I have experience of challenges around: a hidden impairment, accessing toilets and understanding.

Excellent

The waitress could not have been more helpful in this restaurant in Newcastle Airport. She asked about our daughter's needs and allocated us a quiet area in the corner of the restaurant. She was so kind throughout the service and kept coming back to make sure that we were okay and we had everything that we needed. The fact that she understood our daughter's needs and how to accommodate them was wonderful, and we would definitely revisit this restaurant if traveling through Newcastle Airport again.

Accessing the bus to and from the Longstead Car Park was an absolute breeze, making transporting luggage and a bus chair so much easier.

Great to hear - I think we are going to be flying from Newcastle soon so will definitely be checking Aster & Thyme out!
